Fusilli with hemp flour is a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pasta, and also an excellent source of protein. Hemp seeds are cold pressed and de-oiled, resulting in a so-called "hemp cake". This is dried, ground and sieved until hemp flour and finally hemp protein can be obtained. In addition, hemp flour is rich in fiber. The Fusilli have been prepared according to a traditional recipe using wheat flour, hemp flour, water and no eggs, making them ideal for a balanced diet.

Ideal for vegetarian and vegan diets 

Preparation: add pasta to boiling and salted water with a drop of hemp seed oil and simmer for 6-8 minutes until desired firmness to bite.
